I changed my portal password and after that i cant enter into that site. What shall i do??

Anyone know how to overtake this ,, please reply...

r u able to acces the internet? u need to enter & save the new password in the ADSL modem. after that save & reboot Modem.

@Logik,portal ID is different from the bsnl ID used to connect to net for new customers.

@piratemaster,wait for some time & try login with old password.if still no success then contact bsnl helpline.

There is no success when tried to login with old and new password. Can BSNL reset the password for me ???

Is there any chance for my account being hacked ???

Can it cause any harm for my connection ???

Please... i'm in a real hell ...

as far as i know.. i think you should be able ot reset your password if you approach them

They show my portal id or password is incorrect. I used both old and new passwords but no use ...

Can anyone hack my account and use my bandwidth.

to hack your account your bsnl username/password has to be hacked first which is different from portal ID used to check the usage.

still to avoid any risk file a complaint on 1500(bsnl technical helpline atleast in here this is the no.) or at your local exchange & take some complaint no.portal password is necessary to check your usage.
