Rep Power: 1 | r u able to acces the internet? u need to enter & save the new password in the ADSL modem. after that save & reboot Modem. |

| Platinum Member | @Logik,portal ID is different from the bsnl ID used to connect to net for new customers. @piratemaster,wait for some time & try login with old password.if still no success then contact bsnl helpline.

| Platinum Member | still to avoid any risk file a complaint on 1500(bsnl technical helpline atleast in here this is the no.) or at your local exchange & take some complaint no.portal password is necessary to check your usage. |
