Thread: How do i know abt the plan change?

Hi, all

I gave letter for change my plan to H500C in first week of this month(March).

In my BB account details it shows

Order ID: 123456
Type: Plan change
Plan: H500C
Status: Provisioned

Also usage shown separately as night usage and normal.
Shall i use NU from today or have to wait till next month?
(dont say ask JTO i will do it)

technically your plan is changed but since its bsnl i would suggest to wait for the bill to come as home 500 first.

to conform go to bsnl office

If you have changed your plan this month and your plan has been changed then they calculate the plan for the 500 c for the whole month even if you were in 250 plan for 20 days or more. this is how bsnl calculate to make their work easier and our pocket heavier!!

better wait till next month.. thats like 2 days

Hi well actually as per BSNL the plan change will take effect on 31st or 1st of any month .
Hence as u have applied in the first week of the month its likely that the plan change will take effect from the next month.
But cant say its BSNL hence better get it checked at the BSNL office.
