i download movies mostly thru online divx sites ,so my higest was 40 gb in a month

i only stop if there are no fresh movies to be download


by the way i m on night unlimited , i do get 2.5 mb speed on a fast server

I use 500 Home plan.. Recently I bought a Rapidshare premium account... last month I could reach 93 GB... Before that I was downloading at an average of 30 GB.

But even last month I feel I did not get the Full 2 MBPS speed most of the times... Otherwise I expected more download... Normally I used to collect the rapidshare links at day time & schedule the downloads at night free slot...

I am for Cochin. For the past one year i have been using reliance wireless netconnect which has a speed of 153kps and i get around 10 - 14 kb per second,in one hour around 40 - 50mb, and can download around 700mb -800 mb per day.it is unlimited plan which i have to pay around 1700 rs per month last year and has come done now to 1110 rs per month.

since bsnl broadband rates have come down can anyone recommended which plan i should take it has to be unlimited plan asi surf and download a lot,please let me know the charges etc...will i be charged if i download more gb...etc..etc my budget bill has to remain below 900 rs per month.. how much maximum speed i can get..etc...

please let me know sooon.

u r paying over 1000 rs for just 10-14 KBPS???

if u switch to BSNL Plan 500 (the best plan):
u will get speed of about 2 Mbps.
u will get 1.5 GB to surf at day times (08:00 AM - 02:00 AM) (enough for surfung and chatting)
u will get free usage time from (02:00 -08:00) (can download few GB everyday)
this 500 is including monthly rental + free calls, so effective cost for Internet is almost 200 p/m only.
*if u exceed 1.5 GB day time limit the extra MB's will cost u @0.80.

if u feel this is not "unlimited plan" like ur reliance, then u can consider Airtels Mobile Office - which gives u the same speeed u r getting now (depends upon ur GPRS handset, 10-30 KBPS).
at a cost of 75 rs per week (30 only with hack).

some other options r also available in BSNL, search in this forum u will get details of everything...

my daily quota is normally,2 movies a day,700 mb x 2 = 1.4GB a day.,well tht wuz with my Airtel connection i had speeds like 100-110 kbps in the nights,but now reliance wimax is like a neverending horror movie for me

Go for the BSNL 500 plan ...it goes upto 2 mbps ..nights from 2am to 8 am its unlimited downloads ,really nice reviews i have heard about this connection.
