    Default Free PC when register a broadband?

    don't know any one of u ever wished to have a free PC if register to be a broadband user.
    I got no PC at home and the only way to get online is to school or public liburary....

    mtnl or bsnl i remember plan to start something like this.. like a combo offer pc+broadband.. it came in the newspapers.. im not sure on the current status
