Default Why I am not able to use other's username and password on my broadband(ADSL) line

    Hi
I have BSNL broadband HOME 250 Plan. One of my friend haves HOME UL 900 plan that allows to download unlimted. I need to download a large file. So I tried to connect using his username and password, but it didnt allowed me to connect, ( I have MT841 auto configured, after entering his username and pass in pvc and clicking on connect ADSL LINK became red and start blinking that means invalid login)
Also I tried by restarting router. Also I tried using other username and pass of other friend who haves Home 250 that also didnt worked on my line. Why this is hapening ? Please help.

if in your area bsnl uses port binding then you can not use your friends ID on your line.in port binding a bsnl account can only be used on that telephone line for which that bsnl account was issued for broadband use.
