Go to the 'Wireless' tab/page on the router's web confiuration page and set the following:
a) Set Wireless SSID name, select channel 6 or 11 and enable broadcast.
b) Set up wireless security (I prefer WPA-PSK with TKIP). This will prevent outsiders from 'riding' on your connection.
That's about it really.
