can i find my rough broadband bill anyhow....so that i be sure that trial plan is free
still my problem is not solved..is trial plan is free unlimited or not...............
trial plan sucks...i have dicided to wait for 7 days after that trial period is over...then i will continue to broadband...if they charge me for 9gb what can be done......reply is waited
in my view trial plan should not be unlimited though it may be possible that they will consider your request for free time usage(2-8AM)on the ground that you have been given trial plan without your approval.meet accounts officer & DE or DGM of your district.tell them about this & request them to consider your download between 2-8AM free.i think you may get a relief.also take your application copy with you just in case to prove that you didn't opt for trial.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
same problem here guys.....
me from jodhpur...rajasthan...facing the same problem.....
i enquired from 1957..he told its unlimited....
also he gave me the number of an BSNL officer...
he also said the same thing............
but me still confused??????????????????
no one have the written proof???
During trial plan there is actually a limit of around half GB only and you should not have downloaded more. I hope the bsnl guys will not find it out if you have luck on your side. You should have tried all your downloads at least during the nighttime unlimited to at least keep it safe to argue with them.
but dear...the man who came to connect broadband..he also said its unlimited.....
Ya , I agree this....if its trial(free) period, the time limit is 15 days like that the maximum transaction also limited to 0.5 Gb. Just after 15 days the connection will be terminated. Like that just after 0.5 Gb it has to be terminated. otherwise there has to be a warning information.
I enquired from BSNL office regarding the limit of trial plan....they said...its UNLIMITED....
trust this information on your own risk.I enquired from BSNL office regarding the limit of trial plan....they said...its UNLIMITED....
hi everyone,
i am deepak starter of this thread. today i got my bills and the plan was totally free. i got 1300 rs. bill. i downloaded upto 8gbs. so if anyone has free trial plan.feel free to use. if i knew it from begining i had downloaded upto 200gbs.
@deepak19892009,good for you but the thing is bsnl does not work in a same manner everywhere.i have seen examples in south india where AO corrected bills of Rs.70000 to Rs.900 after the users applied for 900 plan but their plan failed to change & they downloaded heavily thinking unlimited plan even though they were getting 2mbps speeds.now in my city in UP(west)i applied for home 500 but due to someone's mistake my details were forwarded as home 250 to bangalore & i got a huge bill of Rs.44000 for 3 months.i stooped using 2-8AM time immediately after learning 5 days after getting connection that my bill is coming as per home 250.after reding the reviews of south india users who correted their bills i too contacted the AO of my district & he said no need to worry so i again started using 2-8AM time.when i got the bill i went to AO office to get my bill corrected & to my surprise he said he couldn't correct the bill unless he get the permission from his senior(DE).i then went to DE who instead asked me why i used 2-8AM time when i knew my bill will be made as home 250 even though i showed him the proof(copy of my application for home 500).i also told him about those south indian users who got their bill much more than mine corrected but he simply refused.i then told him about my parents both senior govt officials & told him that i will go to court only then he realized that i am not just an ordinary person who don't have the resources to fight a case & he finally corrected my bill.this example of mine is to give an idea to users that bsnl officials don't work in same way everywhere so if you want to use this trial as free unlimited 2mbps it's your choice but before that be prepared with all the necessary documents/proofs just in case you got a huge bill.
