Rep Power: 0  |  Anyone out there accessing the usenet on a free server? I'm on BSNL UL900, and want to know how to access the usenet. Clients like GrabIt ask for an NNTP server...does BSNL have one? if not, are there any good, dependable, free servers we can use? No paid servers, please! Also, i'd like to know any other tips about the usenet that you guys can help me with, especially about accessing it from India. |

| Platinum Member | i don't use usenet but as far as i know there are no free servers which are dependable & let you download(free ones limit is as low as 50mb i think).and don't even think about bsnl providing server for usenet downloading.

Rep Power: 0 | That's bad news. i have just been trying out usenext's free trial, and the speeds are amazing...yes, even faster than well-seeded torrents. So was just wondering if there were any free servers you guys would know about...well, guess it's back to the land of torrents then! |
