    Default Broadband speed reduced due to switch

    Earlier i was using BSNL data one's type I modem MY net speed was amazing
    Now i have bought type II modem and given its output to Intex switch and from there one to my desktop and one to laptop But because of switch or TYpe II modem i dont know the speed has reduced a lot .
    Can anybody help me increasing the speed

    are you referring to decreased speeds in torrents or speeds in general?if you share a connection then each comp/laptop will get reduced speed.

    i am talking speed of download and surfing. earlier web pages used to openin 1 second now it takes 5 to 8 seconds

    how much speed you get on each when both computer & laptop are connected?

    this is how it should be...

    check ur teleph line.. it should be main xchange box to splitter(only one line.. no ph connection from xchange box).. from splitter adsl line and teleph line.. if u r using two phones.. then u should add ur own splitter after the adsl splitter. i.e from adsl splitter.. 1.adsl line 2.another splitter .. from here u take 2 teleph lines.
