I have a laptop which doesn't have a PCMCIA slot. But the datacard is of PCMCIA type. So is their any way from which i can convert PCMCIA to USB, so that i could connect to internet.

I think that sabeer is asking for a card that will plug into the USB port and have a PCMCIA female slot. What you have shown is the exact reverse.
@sabeer, I doubt whether you will find such a card.
buy one of these(if you find them) but they exist
