Rep Power: 2  |  unable to connect hi i am facing a problem.when i try to connect using pppoe dialer.it stops at verifying user name and password and then error comes.then i have to go to cyber cafe and change my password.then it connect.after 5-6 hours it again not connect.then i have to cahnge password again. |

| Platinum Member  | if the error is 691 then something is wrong with your password.check your usage at bsnl portal & verify that your usage is not showing extra use which you didn't use.it maybe a case of password theft.if you are using bridge mode though(in which you enter your username/password in windows to connect)then chances are low.complain about this at local exchange immediately. |
