Thread: Broadband Disconnection problem

Hey guys

Im BSNL Broadband Home1800 user and bandwidth is 2mbps and since a week i have been having a strange problem which is very very frustrating , i use WA1003A Quidway HUWAEI router and i it frequently disconnects after 1 hour of usage . and leme make it more clear internet modem settings are 1000% correct! which im pretyt much sure cuz it was fine b4 and ADSL link exsist all the time. and one more thing router gets lil heated do u guys think thats makin me disconnect from ADSL? . And also i have told the exchange to get my line checked they have checked and reestablished a new line which they say is fine. So my doubt is what is causing this issue? my router? ISP? or something else plz help cuz i may get disconnected now lol. Thanks in advance

and guys also to mention when i stay connected after 1 -2 hours it stops workin but i still stay connected but i won't recieve and data it just uploads and what im doing is im turning my router off for 2 hours and when i turn it back it works ! and same thing again! help! and also to say LINK Exsist ALL THE TIME.

try the connection directly from a different modem on your line.if problem does not repeat then something is wrong with modem.

Switch Off & then On the Modem. Use internet continously. These may solve the problem.
