Thread: Forgot Admin password for WA3002 G4

I have forgotton admin password for my UTSTARCOM WA3002 G4. Is there any way to reset the modem to factory default? I cannot see any reset button behind the modem. I think they forgot to provide one.

theres gotta be a reset pin hole somewhere.. its not exactly a button. its a small hole where you can insert a pin or a match stick in..insert it in there for around 20-30 seconds while the modem is on

se in ur user manual it indivates there where da button is i too hav da same version .well wat is da speed ur getting with it.

Sorry, I meant reset hole, when i said reset button. There is no Reset hole for WA3002 G4
