Hai,
When I try to enter the usage site of the bsnl broad band site with ip starting with59xxxxxx, a message appears " hint, sorry, operation timed out, please login again for your safety". I contacted custome care and they say they are getting the account usage in their computer and it may be a problem of the browser. I changed my browser from ie7 to enigma on their request , but the problem persists. can anyone help .

usage site link is different for users with IP 117.x.x.x & 59.x.x.x.which one are you using?for new users(117.x.x.x) link is BSNL - Broadband Account Management

To check usage for users with ip addresses starting with 59.xx.xx.xx goto this address : 10.240.43.216

Works in IE and Firefox. Not compatiable with many other browsers.
