    Hi Buddy,
    Can u help me for configuration of DLINK GLB-502T- ADSL2 + ROUTER.
    Would like to connect it to switch and would like to keep it always ON.
    Do not want to use dial up....
    I tried your UT starcom config for UT 300 RU, but interface that i have is different from what you have put in download thread.... I do not have a wizard in the interface....

    Without the modem guide, I will not be able to do so. But typically, you should go to the WAN settings page and set the values as follows:

    VPI = 0
    VCI = 35
    Connection Type = PPPoE
    Encapsulation = LLC
    Username = <bsnl username>
    Password = <bsnl pwd>
    Authentication Method = Auto
    MTU = AUTO or 1492 (if this does not work, try 1500
    NAT = Enabled
    DHCP = Enabled
    Firewall = Enabled
    IGMP = Disabled
    QoS = Disabled

    Note that some of these setting names may appear different on your interface. Please refer to your guide.

    I have written guides for three routers. Please read them and using common sense and judgement apply the same principle to your router. These guides are:

    1. http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...er-wrt54g.html (Setup of ADSL Modem/Router UT-300R2U with Linksys Wireless Router WRT54G)

    3. http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...-wgr614v7.html (Setup of UT-300R2 with Netgear WGR614v7)

    Don't go by the name of the topics. There could be some useful information inside that you may need to know.
