Thread: regarding bill

i have home900UL plans in bsnl .i got my broadband connection on 24 th march and counting bill whole month.TO whom i say this problem.because exchange can not reply about this so give me some one bill of this plan of first month

for limited plans like home 500 bill is counted on per day basis like 500 for 30 days so 1 day will cost (500/30)=Rs.16.67 so if your connection is from 25th of the month your bill would be 16.67*6=Rs.100.similarly your data limit will also be (2.5GB/30)*6=0.5GB for those 6 days.

but i have 900 home unlimited plan.account officer of bsnl said that if you use 1 day of this plan you have to pay 900 so i want the bill of this plans anyone help me

The officer is correct. Since the connection is unlimited, even if it is used for one day it will be charged in full. This is because using this connection, it is possible to downlaod large amount of data (at least in theory).

For other plans, connections charges are pro-rated.

The same thing happened to me when i changed plan from 900 unlimited to 500 c combo plan and they changed the plan 500 c plan on 20th but they charged it as 900 plan for the whole month and i couldn't convince them that they are wrong, that's because they are the government and we are their servants!!!!
