Thread: Problem With Viewing With bsnl Dataone Usage Details :::::- Anyone Can Solve It... Pl

I have used bsnl braodband since feb 2008. i have problem with viewing usage details.
i am go to the site dataone.in
under usage details portal - when i type portal id and password and click submit it display nothing
i have that problem from this april month
pls anyone can solve this problem

Bsnl has more then one portals, when you signed up with bsnl broadband they must have provided you with the portal address aswell.. if in doubt call customer care and find out which portal your id would work at.

after getting the connection, u supposedly got a letter from bsnl by post.
check usage by using the portal mentioned there.
it is also true that my portal is down half of the time.its their server error only but it doesnt happen all the time.post if it improves.

it also happen with me some time some time i get the usases and some time not prehaps portal remains busy

r u sufferin from a slowspeed prob recently.
in many cases bad port raises these probs.bsnl portals are not hosted properly so whenever
ur port goes down or u use faulty dns server, these probs may arise.
