Thread: BSNL Broadband

I booked for a BSNL Telephone + Broadband combo connection on the 28th of March 2008 at my residence in South City-II, Gurgaon. To my surprise the telephone connection was installed within a week's time by the 01st of April 2008 itself. But my surprise was not to last as till now I have not received the broadband connection. I contacted the local JTO and I was given one number to contact, but no luck at all! Nobody knows the status of my application and there is no customer care at all! Can somebody help!

option1:...........................to wait!!!

option2:take your college gang and go to your local exchange and pay some respect to the person incharge ( i hope you know what i am saying)

though i would take option 1......

Thanks buddy! I would have preferred to take option # 2, but you know this is gurgaon, delhi, haryana..... so I am patiently taking option # 1... let's see what luck (or rather BSNL) has in store for me....

Try to contact the SDO of your local exchange and get your problem resolved within few minutes{status of application}.

Don't do anything just dial "1800-424-1600"!!! I think this can help you. This is a 24 hour customer care 4 bsnl broadband and also toll free. Message me if it works, it will feel good 2 me that I sorted out somebody's problem!!!
