Thread: error 691

het initially my plan was free trial plan
i asked for home 500 c+ but they activate free trial plan
now after fifteen days they change the plan to home 500c
but when i connect
this error comes
error 691 access was denied because user name and or password was invalid in the domain.

i login in bbservice.bsnl.in
its ok
but i cant get my broad band connected
i also can login on bsnl.in mail

This is normal as the userid/password management is done from Bangalore. I hope your issue is resolved.
