Rep Power: 0  |  Unable to connect to Internet Hi I have recently taken BSNL broadband connection, I have not been able to connect to internet for the past 2 days, and the internet light is not glowing in the modem. I could see the local area connect with 100mbps in my laptop. the error message that I gen when I browse in Internet Explorer is " check the internet connectivity". Could you please help me to resolve the issue. |

Rep Power: 2 |  How you connect to internet? By pppoe{always on, password and username stored on modem} or bridge mode? Can you access the modem configuration page i.e 192.168.1.1? Run ipconfig/all in command prompt and post your result here. |
