Thread: Unable to connect to Internet

I have recently taken BSNL broadband connection, I have not been able to connect to internet for the past 2 days, and the internet light is not glowing in the modem. I could see the local area connect with 100mbps in my laptop. the error message that I gen when I browse in Internet Explorer is " check the internet connectivity". Could you please help me to resolve the issue.

Check if all the light except the usb is on and the wires are connected properly..

How you connect to internet? By pppoe{always on, password and username stored on modem} or bridge mode? Can you access the modem configuration page i.e 192.168.1.1? Run ipconfig/all in command prompt and post your result here.
