    Lightbulb crossing UL900 dataone

    friends,

i just changed my dataone plan from home250 to UL900..with change in my speed from 1mbps to------->>> 250kbps(30kB for download)

although its not a problem ( bsnl clearly states the download speed for unlimited plan as 256 kbps max)
But is ther any way by which i could tweak this setting and cross the limit of speed for my unlimited plan

The plan is UL750 now - same specs as UL900 but now cheaper at Rs. 750 pm.

You cannot do anything about bandwidth speeds as these are controlled by BSNL.

no i don't want to go to illegal thing but i now that technically there is ways when it's possible .

i sometimes got my speed as 350 kbps when checked on speed net
i saw my torrents speed jump to 60 kBps during day some times

these thing happens occasionally but they can be made to happen deliberately if we understand the logic behind them ..that what i am asking

if you really want to know the logic behind this then here it is----your account's speed is capped by placing a restriction on it & this information is located on NIB(name of bsnl's network for providing net in india)servers situated in bangalore.you have to hack NIB servers & remove/modify the restrictions to get increased speeds constantly & that is why the only way to made this thing happen deliberately is using illegal methods only therefore you can not increase your speeds.

I don't think that it is easy to hack BSNL servers even if one wants

They would have good security on the servers, also they will be easily able to trace the person who in cases manages to hack as it is all done on the phone line.

By the way it is not easy to hack most of the servers as any server hosting company would consider this and add security to the system.

Even brute force hack is not possible now a day as it would block the IP after some amount of attempts

It is a waste of time and has legal consequence which could put one behind bars

its not that difficult either.a few months ago someone tried to hack the NIC servers(on which all major govt. sites are hosted) using airtel GPRS net connection & they couldn't find the person.the thing is why would someone use his talents to hack BSNL's servers in which he won't get any financial rewards.

do you even know what you are saying?i seriously doubt if you can hack a normal site like this one let alone the bsnl server.

i am just trying to contradict monty007 claim of using his grp to hack bsnl server.everyone here should know that no person capable enough of hacking bsnl servers will become a member of such public forums let alone made a post about this.

@player,thanks for reminding him about respect.also what he posted about going to cyber cafes & stealing passwords even a 12 year old can do this with no special skills required except a program which you can easily find on net.in fact any one who uses google often can find this method simply in a matter of 5-10 minutes.

@monty007,i have read the posts of some real hackers in some special forums & i know how to recognize one just by reading his posts.stop pretending to be a hacker who knows every thing.at best you can be a script kiddie nothing more & that's not something to be proud of.

    wow..things are heating up here..
@monty007 have been reading your posts please mind your language . We're all friends here lets share some good knowledge and help each other.PLEASE DO NOT steal other people's passwords(if you have done so) and use their accounts.Im sure you know its not right cause they could get a hefty bill like 10 or 12k and please do think of their situation!!!This is not ethical hacking by the way

@player,i know this much how to recognize a hacker & he isn't one.first of all no hacker will boast about himself in such manner as monty007 is doing.second he didn't give any hints in his posts that his technical knowledge regarding computers/networks is very good.read his other posts(only 2 besides the ones in this thread & other where he claims to be a hacker)

well hume dynamic ip hi milta hai....dekhodo pc connect karne ke liye tumhe SWITCH lena padega...matlab dlink-wagaira...kuch lena padega..meine 3 pc connect kiye hai...ek modem pe 2 nahi ho sakte..uske liye multiuser plan lena padega...woh costly hai samje..toh better to buy a new switch....means dsl router...

does these posts in any way looks like they have been written by a hacker?he does not even know that much as you or superprash2003 do about configuring modem/router/computers.i really don't like such guys who knows nothing or 1-2 things & then claim that they can hack BSNL servers on NIB when in reality they can't even pass a good C++ test.

There is another feature of BSNL. It is called excess billing. People use UL plans just to save themselves from it.

every one is a hacker who goes by unusual abnormal ways to the system ..and yes it does not require knowledge of c c++ java vb c# etc and neither one becomes a hacker by knowledge of these .

AND THER IS NO CERTAIN WAYS TO RECOGNISE A HACKER
the things get started when someone build a system and put up the rules of the things that are NOT ALLOWED on to the system ,their comes haking which goes against the boundry set by the system
dear frnd i m the proof !! from day one i m asking ques ""is this possible""?? :rolleyes1:and answer from the orthodox are always """no it's not it's impossible"":52::thumbdown:
but i made this and many other impossible things possible
i m not boasting about anything nor i want to support supposed stealing by hacking but want to state just a old line ..and please let everyone know who comes in search of anything here that
""nothing is impossible here""":beta1: the important thing is just to discover the methods

don't bet on that!if that would be the case no hacker would ever been arrested but they are getting arrested if the crime they commit is serious.btw a hacker here in this discussion refers to a person who can crack relatively more secure systems.also knowledge of assembly language is must for any good hacker & by that extension C++ is also essential.did you know that all open source software developers(which is more secure) & especially device drivers programmers need to have a good command over C++ & assembly language?once you know the inside out of assembly language there is almost nothing you can't reverse engineer which is the base of any good hacker along with the extensive knowledge of networking protocols.

& in the end you won't find any good hacker or for that matter any hacker boasting about his skills in a public forum like this.
