    Angry help slow broadband download speed

    help me please .i have a very slow download speed from 16kbps to 30 kbps during night time , it is horrible . im form keral and using 500c combo plan. im crapped with thuis bsnl.

    in torrent i got a maximum speed of 20x and in ordinary upto 50
