Thread: modem changed help

hello dude
i got the 500 home plan today which i got registerd a month back. in oline i request for purchase but no type of modem is indicated there but i wanted type 2 with wifi bcos i already have airtel modem.when i enquired through 1500 they told bsnl guys will call me for which type for choosing but today they have given me type 1 when i was in my office.when they are in my home for connection i enquired in fone the installation guy told me that its is type but its was not the model is ut 3002ru
i shall not pay for this junk.


now wat to do buddy to get type 2 wifi modem help me with ur comments.

You should go back to the exchange and tell that you want Type II modem and exchange the current one.
