Default BSNL Dataone change of plan

    Hello all..

I recently applied for change of plan from 500combo plus to latest 750ul-plus unlimited download plan..
I applied on the date of april 22,2008 and in the mid(23-04-2008 and 24-04-2008) the order status was future provisioned.I thought that the plan will be changed from the 1st of next month which is (may 1,2008).But now today on (april 25,08) the order status shows provitioned see the screenshot below

Indeed the speed was still 2mpbs and my usage detail is shown in bulk(21000 mb downloaded) witout seperating the night usage between 2a.m-8a.m as for in my previous 500c scheme. Before that my day usage was 1360 mb and night free usage was 19640 mb.
And also for 750UL-plus plan there is no rental for phone so no free calls for me 1.rs/call.
I used my free phone call limit 175 calls from my previous 500c plan..
I am afraid that the calls will be charged and also doubtful about how they bill for me this month.will they exclude all my night usage from the bill. Please help me to keep myself cool.

if the speeds are now reduced to 256kbps(32KBps max) instead of 2mbps(256KBps max)then you can safely assume that your plan has been changed but still to be absolutely sure wait for bill first.

    Default thank u..

i just confused whether they bill this month as per 500c plan or 750ul plan...or proportionate billing....up to 22nd bill for 500c and 22nd-30th for 750ul

ya i wont use to download for this 1week i already suffered by wrong billing so i know the pain and risk in using BSNL Broadband...
they added the night usage to my bill...see my February usage that time we cant find day usage separatly in the portel provided by them...

    untitled.JPG

same date timing 1.47am to 6.17am also shown as separate...nearly 2881rs. added extra to my bill they also not forget to add tax rs.338 for there excess billing..
what they thinking of themself...same month my friend also paid 4761.rs due to excess bill...think what happen to others who were not aware about these things...a lady came with 50,000 bill..
they should do something that this will not going to happen anymore.....

i got a bill of Rs.45000 from 27th dec 2007-29th feb 2008 then again Rs.25000 for the month of march because they billed me according to home 250 while i applied for home 500.i was lucky that my parents are govt. officials too & thus the DE of my district himself corrected my bills to Rs.1648 & 500 respectively.

Default Change of plan from UL 900 to 500 C+

hey guys i changed from UL 900 (speed restricted to 256 kbps) to 500 C (speed upto 2Mbps) to get a higher speed..but actually they have changed the plan..but the speed hasnt changed..its still restricted to about 26-27 kbps net.
Please help. m from kolkata. i called the broadband guys. they came to my house n found a bend in the wires by the door.. they are bent on getting the wire changed for that bend(by that they mean that the bend is causing a drop of about 100kbps in my speed). What to do?

first listen to them.its always better to let them check & do whatever is possible with wiring.after that if speed still does not improve then they won't be able to say that something is wrong with line.
