Thread: wireless broadband

Hi Guys,

I am shifting to Riviera at Marathahalli in Bangalore. Upto now I had been using DSL broadband from Airtel/BSNL but in this apartment there is no provision for the telephone line in the room I have placed the PC.

Can anybody suggest an alternative?

you would then have to go for wireless broadband.. like BSNL EVDO

Go for BSNL WLL internet.........speed upto 144 kbps and ITS UNLIMITED for just RS:250 per month.[]

You can also go for Reliance wimax
if their is a signal in your area

Does not work most of the time, but works some time
You can go for Reliance if you don't have any other choice
they offer up to 2 Mbps connection for Rs 750 (4 GB limit)

how to get EVDO internet conection in bangalore and need the contact details...

go to your nearest bsnl customer care and fill in form.. you would get your connection in 30 min...(according to the lady in one of the CC).
