Here are the testimonials of mine

First I set open DNS IP
    208.67.222.222

    208.67.220.220

then my problem solved of BSNL (like many websites were not opening or opening after many refreshes)

upload speed was fine but download gone very down.

Then after I set Google Public DNS IP addresses

    8.8.8.8

    8.8.4.4

Then my download speed was great but upload speed gone low

now anybody can tell which DNS will be best for UL+750 users ?

but one thing is that by using mentioned IPs my problem was solved but speed balance is a matter now.

    Edit:
can I use double DNS one is on router and one is one pc or other equipments ?

My problem is sort out now

I wanted upload speed for a Ethernet box I given open DNS to that and its working fine and I given Google DNS to my PC and its working fine with downloading. I am getting double speed 512 Kbps.

But I loose speed of 2.94 mbps which I was getting from last 7 days.

Its ok, I wanted a stable connection more than high speed.

If anybody wanna see what I did exactly, mail me and PM me. I will show on teamviewer

    Thanks

Just put it in the TCP/IP properties of your connection. It will work.

That is in the system, I am asking about how to put it in the router itself just like we do in ut300r2u by just unchecking the tick box and entering manually in the host columns. So that we need enter it in the every system we use.

Talking Using Google DNS is better than OpenDNS

To make changes in the router you should.
    -> Login into the router.
-> Make changes to the Static DNS settings.

One thing to remember is that the PC will not automatically get the new DNS server if you are running DHCP. In which case go to the command prompt (In admin mode if u are in Vista or Windows 7) and do a ipconfig /release followed by ipconfig /renew
