Rep Power: 5 | do you use a dialer to connect to the internet or does the internet work as soon as you switch on your modem? |

| Platinum Member | i think your comodo firewall must be the culprit for this issue..........it must be blocking the ports |

Rep Power: 5 | to test things out.. and to find out where the problem actually is, disable whatever firewall you have in your pc.. for the time being.. and then test.. is your dlink connected directly to your computer , or you have any other router etc in between? |

| Platinum Member | in run box type cmd & then type ipconfig /all in command prompt window/terminal.maximize the black command prompt window then click anywhere on that window by mouse.after that press ALT+Prt Scrn & then open MS Paint(in accessories) & paste.then save image as JPEG(not BMP which is default).then go to any image hosting site like imageshack.us & upload your image there.you will get some links to image.paste the direct link or if you want to show your picture right here paste the "hotlink for forum(1)"link. |
