Alright folks i have BSNL home UL900 plus plan and just see my upload speed ........i was amazed .for getting this much speed in unlimited plan and leeping in mind that my bandwidth is capped upto 256kbps..

unfortunately it only for two secs or more..............wish i could get this much speed at constant rate

Generally the first few spikes are always of that type.
The overall speed is what matters.
