you have to set it to ppoe mode. and then probably get a hub and connect it to the modem and connect the pcs to the hub. OR ut300r2u has USB support, so you can connect 1 pc via usb and 1 via LAN. here's how you setup ppoe mode Prashanth Speaks-Technology and Life: How To setup PPOE mode (Automatic Dialing) in UT300R2U

Well i got WGR614 too with the modem. But my problem is that if i use WGR614 for sharing the connections on both the machines then how will i be able to dial for the connection?
I mean see if i set UT300r2u in bridge mode and the wgr614 into pppoe mode then i can share on many machines ...but what should i do to dial exactly at 2.15 and end at 7.45 am?
Do we have any scripts with which we can change the options of the WGR614 for
"Does Ur connections require authentications " Yes /No
So that running a script we can set it to Yes for turning the connection on and then running another script we can set it to NO and reboot the router using the software reboot so that the connection is turned off.
    Can this b done?

well for the night downloading.. you can make your router to reboot at 2:15 am and again at 7:45am using a telnet script.. thus you can download for free between 2 and 8 am.. Prashanth Speaks-Technology and Life: Reboot adsl modem or router using telnet script
