I am using BSNL data one for a month. The connection was working fine on my laptop using ethernet-lan card and on my desk top using USB port. I changed both passwords. Then I was unable to connect to net at all. Then I took the modem to the exchange and they changed the password on it. After wards on my laptop(ethernet - lan card) I have to go to network connections-->connect to internet and connect. My desk top has only USB port and is not connecting at all. And I don't find any options to connect on my desktop network connections. Now only the laptop can connect to net using ethernet card. USB is not working on my laptop either.

Any advice would be appreciated...
