Thread: BSNL - 1350UL Plan Scam??

Hi I was using Home - 900UL Plan since long but now i hear that they provide connection 512kbps speed in their 1350UL plan so I have upgraded in this month. Plan is already started from 1st but speed is same as it was before. Nothing changed, I logged in usage checking account and confirmed that plan has been started already but speed is same , I tested speed as speedtest and tested here also, Can any one tell me is this happen only with me or any body other facing same problem, If then is there any solution? I mean I contacted local bsnl office but they said "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, SPEED IS BINDDED FROM THEIR MAIN BSNL OFFICE OF INDIA"

contact the DE or DGM of your district & ask about this.all bsnl official sites shows speed provided as 512kbps in UL1350 plan so it can not be a scam.maybe since this is a new plan something is wrong at bsnl's side.

Well I don't know what is DE or DGM, Will they available in disrtict BSNL Office, and even if I contact them I am sure they will be rude

BSNL sux big time.. and any one else got this plan?

DGM is the seniormost official & DE is 2nd in the district.DE can be found at district BSNL office.he will be the topmost official there.DGM usually don't sit at district office at least in my district.
