First open Login
Then in user name type ur broadband username folllowed by @bsnl.in ( e.g abc@bsnl.in), where abc is ur broadband username. Then in password box give your broadband password, Chk it & let me know, If it is still giving the same error then u have to get in touch with your local exchange.
