Thread: Is BSNL account management server is down

for 7 or 8 days i m unable to access BSNL account management service.I am unable to find my account usage.It seems that http://bbservice.bsnl.in is down. Some times it open but very slow.when i want to see my monthly usage the server goes down.

Same problem in my city. Do not know when BSNL will set right the problem.

same problem here, till 28th April bbservice.bsnl.in server is down.
and also unable to open Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.- India's No. 1 Telecommunications Company

hey am a new bsnl user.....last week itself i got the connection....just now i opened the http://bbservice.bsnl.in but when am trying to logon using the details which i use to connect the internet....they are coming as wrong..wat to do??....

We are facing the same problem for last 7-8 days. No one at local office of BSNL is able to help. Just for seeing usage details try:

i think the bbservice.bsnl.in is down ,and it is not opening. plz look into this matter

yes it is down.. but we cant do anything about it.. just hope that bsnl fixes it soon

yes the bbservice.bsnl.in is always down it depends upon your luck that you are able to login and see your account stats

always end of the month and begin of the month 8 to 10 day bsnl server is down.

Same problem here ... the server went down just 2 days back ... was working fine till then ...

as far as i know bsnl server will surely be down from 28th to 8th of any month due to maintainable. sometimes by luck it might open during the period.

i checked it now its open.

I guess BSNL servers also work from 9-5 monday to friday with a three hours lunch break in between

bsnl acount management page opens.but when i click on VIEW USAGE
it does not show any thing. i also include 2 screenshoot of my page.

thats a problem with the bsnl portal..It should hopefully be sorted out soon!!

Hi, try this new portal from BSNL, where you can check your usage and change portal and Broadband passwords.

You have to loggin with your 14 digit portal userid.
