Default How to check which plan is provided to me?

    It may sound funny

But the thing is that I just apply to change my plan last month and they told that it will activate in 1st week of this month.

But I'm not able to access data.bsnl.in so I'm unable to check the My Order section.

Please help I change From 500 to 500 c plan
    and ip is 117.x.x.x

for new customers(having IP 117.x.x.x)usage check site is--
    BSNL - Broadband Account Management
login with 14 characters portal ID(like ami12345678901)provided by bsnl(usually local exchange).then click on my orders tab.
