Thread: Cannot reach PPP server

I have a UT Starcom 300R2 modem and Home 500 plan.

I'm connecting using PPPoE, and sometimes I'm not able to open web pages, even when all the lights are on in the modem. When I checked the modem config page, it showed "Cannot reach PPP server".

And it just becomes normal after sometime. What is this prob ??

This is happening at my home also. I am yet to make a formal complaint. Where are you located?
