please tell how you are connected to the modem ...........and also tell which mode you have configured your modem i.e. bridge modem or pppoe mode
also see that the link light on modem is steady all the time while you are connected.if it blinks at the same time you get disconnected then maybe you need to get your line checked.also line coming from outside must directly go into the splitter & no telephone must be connected to line before splitter.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
BSNL ppl connected it in always on mode... the Link LED keeps on blinking... pls help me to sort out the prob![]()
there are 4 lights.when surfing/downloading DATA(green)light will blink but LINK(yellow)light must be steady.other lights are--POWER & USB/LAN.
hi mine is UTSTARCOM WA3002G4 modem ..in this modem there are only 4 lights 1)power 2)DSL 3)Internet 4)WLAN
POWER,DSL,WLAN are stable But Internet Light Keeps on Blinking... My connection too getting disconnected and connected every 30 secs
this is normal internet light will always blink when internet will be used.............dont worry here
tell me(us) you are using a dialer in windows to dial in an internet connection or you are connected as soon as your pc is switched on (keeping in mind modem is on)
ya i get connected as soon as my pc is switched on (keeping in mind modem is on)*

so still you are getting disconnected every now and then...........
if you are using pppoe modem then it seems problem may be in line.get your line checked.
@srekriss
as whitestar mentioned earlier please make sure that your telephones are connected after the splitter and there are no telephones before the splitter
