what is your modem?
how you are connected to the modem?
which modem are you using i.e.bridge mode or pppoe mode?
link failure ............hmm link failure which means your link (DSL) led is not stable or you mean something else
there is some problem with the bsnl website..it works on and off, thats probably why you cant see your usage
