Thread: Internet connection problem due to LINK FAILURE

I am having problem to connect Internet due to BSNL Broad connection link failure frequently. Please look into the problem.
I am finding difficulty in getting Service Record for my usage of BSNL BROAD BAND service. Please help me in this connection.

what is your modem?
how you are connected to the modem?
which modem are you using i.e.bridge mode or pppoe mode?

link failure ............hmm link failure which means your link (DSL) led is not stable or you mean something else

there is some problem with the bsnl website..it works on and off, thats probably why you cant see your usage
