Question How do I get Portal ID ??

New bb connections comes with a portal id. But how do old users get it?
Having portal id prevents to connect to the internet from any phone
different from the original applier. Right ??

no!portal ID is only given to new users because they login into a new site different from old users to check usage.portal ID doesn't prevent someone to connect to broadband net from other line/phone using your account.this is called port binding & it depends on local exchange not portal ID.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

This does not (and cannot) happen where port binding is in place.
