for the past three days, my dataone connection is giving me trouble. i have a wa3002-g1 modem and since all the lights are green and steady, i think it is in working order. inspite of that, i do not have an internet connection. i have tried ipconfig and ping, and this is what i got. can anyone please help? i have tried connecting to bsnl customercare but no help yet.
