Thread: BSNL Broadband Unavailable at night.

I live in Kolkata.I am using BSNL HOME 500 plan for last 3 months and before that HOME 250 plan for a year. Recently I'm experiencing a problem for the last three days.My Broadband connection is off from about 12 - 5am. After 5 I can connect successfully.I dont know what is wrong.

maybe some technical problem at bsnl's site.contact your local exchange to get more information about this & see if others are getting same problem too.

i am also from kolkata(south) facing the same problem. dataone is either down or less than 1mbps speed. totally unacceptable.
i don't know how to deal with these people i hv not been able to download for last 5 days i m on 500c+. so i will end paying for not using anything bsnl sucks

Did your problem got solved ? I am also facing the same problem.. and giving money to BSNL without using anything

i too faced same problem last night from 6-7AM but after that it started working normally.i think this happens due to some repairing work or line problem but this problem is definitely on BSNL's part.

Well some guys from this forum are saying that it is a natural thing for BSNL. Their servers often experience problem and need frequent repairs
like vintage cars....
