Thread: Data Usage Chaking Problem !!!

From some dats i m having problem in checking usage.

I am going here

Then when i try to login here

And login with my portal id then its shows me

Invalid Username or Password Please Try Again

I can login with same username/pass at portal

What is the problem ? I am alone facing this or anyone else too :-?

That's BSNL ... you should be made of sterner stuff and have a bit (read lot) of patience.

• Click BSNL - Broadband Account Management in IE(others may not work) address bar. (This site opens faster than BSNL NIB-II PORTAL)

• Type in your Portal ID & password. (Accept to remember this id & password since you may need to type this repeatedly)

[LIST]
If the site tells you Invalid Username/ Password click that link and return to the previous page and repeat the previous step (I once had to repeat for 5 times or so)

• If this doesn't work try at a later time

I think password for http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ and http://data.bsnl.in/ are different.
I.e bbservice requires portal id and a password which is different from user name and password used to connect to the internet.
