    Default 120kB/s enough ?

Is 120kB/s a good speed for a torrent having 51 seeds?
Or it should be full 210kB/s?

I have put only 1 torrent in utorrent.

Yes it might be enough, because its not always that no of torrent peers matters, but also their upload speeds,so put 2-3 torrents with some good no of seeders and you'll get around 230.

Torrent speeds mainly depends upon the following:

    a) Port forwarding - This is not a problem with you since you are getting 120 KB/s already
    b) Number of seeds - The higher the better.
    c) Number of active downloads - The less the better because bandwidth will be dedicated to all the active downloads

May be there are too many downloaders so you are not getting full download speed. Also configure your torrent ports properly. Use a number between 40000-60000

I'm on bridged mode and use random ports every time torrent starts.

Speed also depends on how many leechers are there. The Seeder to Leecher ratio is the thing you want to give preference to. For example a torrent having 8 seeders and 1 leecher is likely to give better speed than 100 seeder and 110 leechers.

I'm using Bridged Mode (already posted earlier). That's why no need to use the NAT configurations.
