which utility are you using for wireless i mean the software.....use intel pro wireless utility and turn off the windows one.(google it, its free)

If this doesnt solve your problem try restarting your router......

Man your router should be detected!!! try restarting your OS and then see with the help of the utility which i mentioned

go to your LAN TCP/IP settings & enter IP address as 192.168.1.3 & subnet mask 255.255.255.0.after that login to your modem home page by typing 192.168.1.1 in browser.go to WAN/internet connection settings & edit the connection named something like 0_35_(which means VPI & VCI values are 0 & 35 respectively).set connection type as pppoe,encapsulation--LLC,default route enabled.when asked enter your bsnl username/password without @dataone.in & set DNS as automatic.after that apply the changes.restart the modem & click on connect below the 0_35_connection if it is showing a connect link.enable DHCP server in modem LAN/DHCP settings too.also don't forget to set the security by enabling WPA & entering a key which will be required to be entered before anyone can connect to your wifi.
