    Unhappy variety problem with usage check

    hi guys...hope u'll help me out..

    i'm able to login with my portal number into BSNL - Broadband Account Management site..
    i'm even able to view "My profile" and other stuff..
    but when i click view usage..its just showing a blank page!!
    also quick usage finder is not working..
    my ip address starts with 117.xx..

    Just ensure you have entered your portal id and password correctly.............try 5-6 times

    to see the usage you must have scripts enabled.sometimes some antivirus/plugin block the scripts on web pages(like firefox's noscript addon).

    hi dude...i tried another account..and i could get the usage details..but my account usage is not coming....

    which month's usage are you trying to see?try with oldest month usage & after that every month usage to see if any one opens.

    BSNL - Broadband Account Management



    click on the above link in internet explorer
    i dont think mozilla or opera will work....


    and then enter ur portal Id and password

    it may give you incorrect password/ ID error

    even if ur password or Id is correct 5-6 times...........
    but try and try and eventually you will be able to see your usage.
