    Unhappy bit torrent speed prob

this is the another prob i'm facing
i have enabled dmz in router and it's also showing green triangle with a tick inside in bittorrent
also i increased the total no of connections from 10 to 35
and changed the net.half open setting from 8 to 30
i use the setting in bittorrent like
    unchecked ones-random port,upnp port mapping
changed the max no of outgoing connections -150
    upload slots-6
but my speed is around 60kbps for torrents with 30 active seeds and total about 200 seeds.when i am using download managers i get speed upto 200Kbps
i heard that everyone is getting above 120Kbps
any help please to increase the speed

also i increased the total no of connections from 10 to 35
increase it to global no. of max connections but more importantly----
but my speed is around 60kbps for torrents with 30 active seeds and total about 200 seeds
this is not a good enough torrent to get high speeds.try some latest movie torrent with 2000-3000 seeds & equal no. of peers then see how much speed you get.

but i heard setting it to too high valu will make probs for router
    like frequent disconnection
so bro should i change the no of connections to the same no of global connections ie from 35 to 150!!

set net max half open connections to 300,no.of global max connections 290 & no. of connected peers per torrent 90.then test speeds with some latest movie torrent from mininova.
