Thread: P2P programmes blocked in happy hours??

I encountered this today early morning in the free time after 2.00 AM.My p2p would not just connect.Also I find the browser speed down.This is happening for the first time.Anyone faced this??

probably some temporary problem..

actually between 6-8 in morning most of me & my friends get low speeds(chennai). this may be due to many users logged in. after 8am i have seen the speed to shoot up(from 100KB/s to 200KB/s.

No.The issue is not about access to internet.My browsers worked but not the p2p.Very strange indeed!
