Thread: need help in getting new connection

I have applied for a HOME 1000 plan on the 15th of This month (MAY), now i want to change it to HOME UL 1350, what should i do? would the forum already have been forwarded?

how long do they take to come and install the connection after applying for the connection?

I have had my friends who have applied before 6 months and still waiting

better take the connection first and then change your plan.. so you could get your connection faster
