From last 5 days, I am getting Max 150KBps speed, before that it was 200-230KBps...

What is the reason of this low speed ?

it also depends on from which server you are downloading your file

I am assuming that you are trying to say 180KB/s(usually speed is shown in KB/s in torrents) which means 1440 Kbps....isn't that enough ........what are you expecting from a 2Mbps line.... to give you 250KB/s huh??

absoluetly.. 1.5mbps is quite good from a 2mbps line.. if you club 4 to 5 torrents you may reach 2mbps.. or more..

u can try enabling protocol encryption in utorrent's options->preferences->bittorrent... i keep it forced...
another imp. point is that a single line of bsnl's 2MBps connection has share ratio of 1:50... that means there r other 49 users sharin ur connection... ur speed drop from 220 to 180 might b due to increase in other users(who share ur connection) downloadin large files in ur area...thats y i get speed around 250-300KBps durin day-time coz no user can afford to d/l large files then... and i get d/l speed as low as 100-150 KBps durin night unlimited hours... i guess thr r loads of user downloadin huge data then in my area.... finally, i wud advice u to stay content wid wot u r gettin now... coz 180KBps isnt too bad...hehe
