    Default new plan

    My friend upgraded his plan from home plan 250 to home plan 500....
    He had gone to CTO on 12th may. Gave a letter for plan change.
    Today it is 1st june...still now his plan hasnt changed.
    How much time does it take to change plan?

    depends on local exchange.ask your friend to contact local exhange & ask somes senior bsnl official there.

    maybe today is sunday...so all bsnl offices are off. Lets see what happens tomorrow.
    Will certainly ask him to contact senior BSNL people

    it normally takes 3 to 4 days.. max 1 week..

    @superprash2003,i have seen people getting their plan changed after 4 weeks or 1 month from the day they applied for plan change.its bsnl we are talking about after all.there is no max limit for these guys.

    They must have done it by now.
    Their billing cycle starts from 1st of every month.
    I applied it on 30th may. they changed my yesterday thats on 2nd june.
    maybe u should call the dataone dept of ur exchange.
