The maximum speed of Home 750 UL plan is 256 Kb (32 KB). You won't get more than that, even if you port forward. Port Forwarding is of little use to Home 750 UL plan. But if it's a plan that offers 2 Mb (256 KB) or more, then it will allow you to download in a speed of 2 MB (256 KB) or near.

im forwarding port using dmz
can i forward the port simultaneously in laptop and desktop????
